If you want your package delivered to a residential or rural address, there is an EXTRA FEE. EXEMPTED AREAS FOR FREE SHIPPING ARE – Labrador, NWT, Nunavut, Yukon. All orders shipped to these areas are quoted with the best available logistics carriers and additional charges will be applied. | Delivery Methods | COMMERCIAL ADDRESS DELIVERIES | Our standard LTL pallet shipping rates require a commercial delivery address, which is the preferred method. HOLD FOR PICK UP | Shipments can be picked up at your local freight terminal when applicable if you do not have an acceptable safe way to offload the package, or if it is too difficult for a Tractor-Trailer to access your proposed location. RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS DELIVERIES | There is an extra shipping charge for residential deliveries. Shipments can be delivered to a residential address if someone is available to offload the package or curbside drop off arrangements are made prior to delivery. We reserve the right to collect any unforeseen fees that may have occurred at the time of delivery by using additional services such as a power lift-gate to assist the offload or if any excessive time charge was required. |

| Details | We accept returns of new, un-opened/un-used items within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us prior 14 days past the delivery date by filling out our on-line product return form to initiate the process. All items must be in original condition. A full refund will be issued less the original and return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective track, etc.) Returns of used items are not accepted. |
