Return provisions:

• Are purchased directly on-line from RubberTrackCanada.ca 
• Have no payment balance outstanding
• Have been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA)
• Have notified us less than 14 days since the receipt date by filling out our on-line product return form. 

Refunds will be issued:

• Directly to the registered customer who purchased the product
• In the same form as the original payment was received. eg. Credit Card
• Within 15 days of the product being returned to the location specified by RubberTrackCanada.ca upon issuance of the RMA
• All products must be returned to RubberTrackCanada.ca at purchaser’s expense including freight or customs duty fee's if applicable
• If the tracks were originally shipped with FREE SHIPPING terms, the actual shipping costs for the order will be charged back to the customer
• A 5% credit card re-processing fee will be charged back to the customer if a credit card was used for the original transaction
